Staff Product Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop cutting-edge solutions to improve annotation efficiency utilizing the latest advancements in AI.

• Design user-friendly interfaces for data exploration and visualization, incorporating tools for RLHF processes.

• Create and execute systems for large-scale data processing to support the training and evaluation of AI models.

• Develop interactive products that effectively convey complex instructions to our team.

• Contribute to products that aid in the collection and analysis of human feedback for RLHF and various AI training methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in developing and deploying production software.

• Proven track record of leading projects with considerable scope and uncertainty.

• Product-oriented mindset: you excel at quickly delivering features and products that address real-world challenges.

• Strong interest in AI ethics: you are dedicated to enhancing the safety and usefulness of AI models for society.

• Exceptional communication skills: you are capable of articulating decisions and trade-offs to other senior engineers clearly.

• Experience in a startup environment (preferred as an early-stage engineer or founder).

• Proficient in Python or Ruby on Rails, as well as React/Typescript.

• Computer Science degree from a prestigious institution or equivalent background in STEM.
