This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

• Continue advancing our design system: Take charge of the strategy, roadmap, and development.

• Bridge the gap between Design and Engineering: Create new collaborative workflows.

• Design and Document: Construct and maintain a library of reusable components.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive Experience: At least 8+ years in product design.

• Leadership in design systems: Capability to define strategy, establish direction, and drive implementation.

• Strong product design expertise: Knowledge of user-centered design principles.

• Passion for Emerging Technology: Interest in the application of AI within design.

• Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React).
