📋 Description

• Define User Personas & Value Propositions: Identify and develop unique user personas derived from direct research insights. Discover the specific challenges and primary value propositions that resonate most deeply with each persona, ensuring we address their distinct needs.

• Design Persona-Driven Journeys: Lead multiple initiatives by outlining customized end-to-end enrollment processes. Create targeted experiences focused on the established value propositions of your personas to facilitate a smooth, compelling transition from initial program awareness to active engagement.

• Oversee Comprehensive Service Design: Expand your vision beyond isolated digital features to encompass the entire physical and digital ecosystem. Design interconnected touchpoints that guide members through tracking their health kit shipment, experiencing the physical unboxing, pairing their hardware sensors, and scheduling their initial virtual appointment with the Twin Health care team.

• Create Striking, Premium Visuals: Develop pristine websites, landing pages, and enrollment materials that engage members and effectively convey our value. High visual quality is essential for establishing trust, and you must balance this premium consumer-facing design with swift execution.

• Manage Cross-Functional Complexity: Thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments. Work closely with marketing, hardware/logistics, and clinical operations to ensure the physical realities of unboxing and hardware setup align seamlessly with the digital user experience.

• Influence Without Authority: Foster a cohesive, user-centric mentality across product, engineering, and client-facing teams. Clearly communicate your research-supported design rationale and unify diverse groups around a shared vision for an exceptional onboarding experience.

• Additional duties as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in UX/product design.

• Your portfolio should exemplify both exceptional visual quality (consumer-oriented or marketing-driven design) and intricate, multi-touchpoint journey mapping, demonstrating how you integrate digital and physical interactions.

• Bachelor’s degree in design, service design, HCI, or a related discipline.

• Proven track record in conducting user research, defining actionable personas, and effectively translating those strategic insights into customized, high-converting product flows.

• Demonstrated experience in designing complex consumer enrollment processes, digital healthcare journeys, or premium e-commerce/unboxing experiences. You understand how to leverage design to foster adoption and cultivate user habits from the outset.

• Extensive expertise in responsive web and native mobile design patterns. You adeptly navigate the limitations of various platforms and know how to connect UI flows with real-world actions (such as linking Bluetooth sensors).

• Experience in designing for hardware-software integrations or complex logistical workflows (e.g., shipping tracking, appointment scheduling) is a significant advantage. You can effectively communicate with engineering about technical capabilities and data flows.

• Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication abilities. You can present a concept, justify a complex product decision, and craft persuasive, engaging UI copy that addresses different personas, encourages enrollment, and minimizes drop-off.

• This is a remote opportunity based in the U.S. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
