Staff Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the design for essential product experiences from initial concept to final launch.

• Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to ensure rapid shipping and iteration.

• Develop design patterns and systems that can effectively scale.

• Advocate for the needs of users while finding a balance with business and technical limitations.

• Play a key role in shaping product strategy and contributing to roadmap decisions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in product design, preferably with consumer applications.

• A portfolio that demonstrates strong craftsmanship and product-oriented thinking.

• Proven experience in launching products from 0 to 1.

• Ability to thrive in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments.

• Hold strong opinions that are flexible and open to change.
