This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the complete UX for setting up admin workflows and integrations within supplier order management.
• Create reusable and well-documented design patterns and systems for rules, integration states, and workflow configurations.
• Spearhead discovery efforts for routing and triage strategies, ERP integration capabilities, and metrics for adoption success.
• Transform discovery techniques into repeatable processes for other teams.
• Refine designs based on feedback from stakeholders and validation testing.
• Work collaboratively with operations, sales, designers, product managers, and engineers to shape product strategy.
• Lead workshops, journey mapping, prototyping, and other design-focused activities.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure precise and high-quality implementation.
• Enhance design quality through critique, stewardship of patterns, and mentorship.
• Cultivate a design culture that emphasizes growth.
• Travel approximately once per quarter for in-person customer research and validation.
• Proven expertise in end-to-end human-centered design throughout the entire design lifecycle, from discovery to high-fidelity design and implementation for complex B2B products.
• Background in designing workflow management, CRM, or data-driven products that involve configurable rules, automations, or integrations.
• Proficiency in reading and comprehending API design and translating insights into UX implications.
• Experience in leading rapid prototyping to mitigate risks associated with complex projects.
• Familiarity with using both low-fidelity and high-function prototypes to foster organizational alignment.
• A curious mindset and eagerness to explore evolving tools, including Figma, Notion, Claude, Cursor, and cutting-edge AI tools.
• Ability to collaborate strategically and inclusively with stakeholders across various functions and levels of leadership.
• Demonstrated resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Experience contributing to and working within a mature design system that serves multiple delivery teams.
• Comfort with ambiguity, lean experimentation, autonomous design decisions, and both qualitative and quantitative research, along with simplifying complex concepts.
• Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States at the time of application and throughout employment.
