Staff Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establish the UX/UI strategy and guide the product direction for Pantheon’s product roadmap.

• Serve as a genuine product partner in the design, development, leadership, and advancement of product strategy.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of exceptional user experiences.

• Expertise in utilizing AI tools to enhance design workflows and boost efficiency.

• Strong hands-on product design capabilities, with the ability to take products from concept to high-fidelity designs and implementation.

• Proven experience in designing products that integrate AI functionalities and intelligent features.

• Capacity to define the vision for product design within a software organization.

• Proficiency in managing the development of design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across all products and platforms.

• Extensive experience in conducting research to guide long-term product strategy and uncover new software opportunities.

• Aptitude for driving organizational change and process enhancements to elevate design maturity.

• Proficient in utilizing success metrics to assess the impact of design solutions on user outcomes.

• Ability to mentor designers and offer strategic insights to product and engineering leadership.

• Skill in articulating product strategy, design strategy, vision, and outcomes to senior leadership, product teams, and stakeholders.

• Eagerness to represent the company's design and product expertise at industry events and conferences.
