This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

• Oversee the design for essential products within Jerry’s primary offerings — including insurance, safety, repairs, and more.

• Launch innovative 0→1 features that enhance car care for everyday drivers.

• Collaborate with research, product, and data teams to pinpoint opportunities and translate insights into impactful design solutions.

• Develop seamless, elegant experiences that lead to significant improvements in engagement and retention.

• Construct and refine Jerry’s design system to maintain consistency, scalability, and visual excellence.

• Intelligently incorporate AI to enhance our experience, making it faster, clearer, and more personalized.

• Elevate the standards of UX and visual design by focusing on clarity, speed, and craftsmanship.

• A portfolio showcasing outstanding visual design, considerate UX, and successfully launched consumer products at scale.

• Over 12 years of experience in product design (either in an agency or in-house), preferably across mobile and web platforms.

• Demonstrated capability to manage projects from start to finish — encompassing research, concept development, launch, and iteration.

• Experience in developing and enhancing design systems in partnership with engineering teams.

• Ability to thrive in fast-paced settings while delivering high-quality work swiftly.

• Outstanding communication and storytelling abilities to effectively align cross-functional teams.
