Staff Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Gain a thorough understanding of our users, including their challenges, workflows, and tasks they need to accomplish.

• Take ownership of and guide the design process from the initial discovery phase through to delivery.

• Shape the strategic direction of your area in collaboration with Product and Engineering teams.

• Work collaboratively across various teams to provide a clear, consistent, and high-quality user experience.

• Establish and manage the user satisfaction and usability metrics for your solutions.

• Serve as a leader within the design team by mentoring fellow designers.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in designing and launching complex, web-based products within a cross-functional team.

• A robust portfolio that showcases your capability to navigate uncertain problem areas, from research and strategy to refined, user-centered experiences.

• Demonstrated experience in leading and implementing a range of user research methodologies.

• Outstanding communication and collaboration abilities.

• Experience designing for intricate workflows; familiarity with healthcare or AI-driven experiences is highly advantageous.
