Staff Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Establish the benchmark for comprehensive design quality across critical surfaces.

• Guide designers and assist in the recruitment process.

• Outstanding skills in UI, interaction design, and prototyping.

• Proven history of leading cross-functional initiatives that transformed design practices within a product organization.

• Extensive experience in developing and scaling design systems.

• Strong understanding of business principles.

• Experience in designing for developers or technically inclined users.

• Potential for leadership in managing people.
