Staff Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the design of innovative zero-to-one product experiences in unexplored markets.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to pinpoint and prioritize user challenges.

• Work alongside product teams on problem definition and guide both divergent and convergent design thinking processes.

• Produce concrete designs using Figma or AI tools.

• Manage design quality assurance and control throughout the project lifecycle.

• Establish the vision and shape the future directions of Bolt.new products.

• Utilize designs to establish how teams leverage AI for product development.

• Enhance design quality across typography, spacing, motion, and visual consistency.

• Develop and refine design systems to ensure superior product launches.

• A portfolio showcasing outstanding craftsmanship.

• Proven history of delivering pixel-perfect work at scale in a dynamic environment.

• Ability to navigate ambiguous, zero-to-one situations while upholding high standards under tight deadlines.

• Proficiency in design systems and a commitment to building for consistency across an expanding platform.

• Experience collaborating closely with engineering to maintain visual fidelity during implementation.

• Familiarity with using AI to address personal and professional challenges.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; fluency in English is essential.

• Experience in startups or small teams is a plus.

• Familiarity with shaping AI tools is an added advantage.

• A college degree is not a prerequisite.

• Candidates need not fulfill every listed qualification.
