📋 Description

• Take full ownership of design tasks across various product domains, from conducting customer research and defining problems to implementation, launch, and ongoing iterations.

• Collaborate with engineering, customer experience, and the CEO to pinpoint valuable issues, explore potential solutions, and integrate releases into a cohesive product experience.

• Engage directly with users, observe their workflows, test assumptions, and translate insights into product decisions.

• Develop strategies and realistic prototypes to assess user behavior, usability, and feasibility.

• Design clear and polished interfaces that align with customer workflows and address pain points.

• Leverage AI in research, ideation, prototyping, and design processes.

• Enhance shared design patterns, offer constructive feedback, communicate design decisions, and assist colleagues in elevating their work.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of outstanding experience in product design.

• A portfolio that demonstrates strong product thinking, interaction design, and visual craftsmanship in delivered projects.

• Capability to lead research initiatives, explore various methodologies, create realistic prototypes, produce detailed designs, and navigate implementation specifics.

• A keen interest in tackling challenging problems and understanding complex systems.

• Ability to establish direction, make compromises with collaborators, take ownership of decisions, and reassess them as necessary.

• Hands-on experience with AI, including articulating its benefits and evaluating outcomes.

• Strong communication skills, providing valuable feedback, fostering a culture of critique, and engaging throughout the final product development stages.
