
Staff Product Designer – Agent Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the Agent Experience from start to finish, encompassing both programmatic interfaces and the human-agent interaction cycle.
• Develop a cohesive interaction model and error language that spans the CLI, API, MCP, SDKs, Blueprints, and Skills.
• Produce documentation, Blueprints, Skills, and reference materials as products intended for agents.
• Establish a configuration-first onboarding pathway utilizing Blueprints for seamless one-motion deployment.
• Create design frameworks for dashboard reviews, supervision, activity tracking, and visibility for agent-driven tasks.
• Architect experiences for agent authentication, consent, access scoping, token management, and revocation.
• Articulate a unified model for applications, services, and environments across both dashboard and programmatic interfaces.
• Highlight agent-operable workflows through prompts, CLI installations, and post-error tool suggestions.
• Set the design vision for the Agent Experience program and impact product, engineering, and leadership strategies.
• Minimum of 7 years in product design.
• Preferably experienced in developer tools, infrastructure, APIs, or other technical products.
• Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of a significant surface or product area with the ability to establish direction.
• Proficient in design across both GUI and non-GUI surfaces, including web UI, CLI messaging, API ergonomics, SDKs, MCP, and documentation.
• A portfolio that showcases coherent end-to-end experiences across interface transitions.
• A genuine perspective on AI-native products and designs aimed at agents.
• Proficient in reading and prototyping with code, and capable of close collaboration with engineers.
• Sound judgment to define quality without a pre-existing playbook, coupled with the rigor to uphold it.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Nice to have: experience with CLI, SDK, API, or MCP surfaces at scale.
• Nice to have: familiarity with agent-facing documentation, Blueprints, Skills, OAuth, scoped tokens, least-privilege access models, coding agents, LLM tooling, design engineering, or enterprise product evolution.
