This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead forecasting, deal evaluation, and win/loss analysis for Solutions Engineering, delivering weekly progress updates, confidence metrics, and strategic narratives to SE leadership.
• Propel AI transformation within the Solutions organization, overseeing opportunity identification and prioritization through requirements definition, design, development, deployment, and governance.
• Construct and manage AI agents that streamline high-volume operational workflows (e.g., deal preparation, loss analysis, forecast summaries, QBR production), utilizing agentic architecture such as skills-based design, agent chaining, and composable frameworks.
• Create and oversee SE:AE territory alignment, capacity models, and headcount strategies to guarantee optimal coverage across segments, regions, and deal complexity levels.
• Handle variable compensation processes from start to finish: target establishment, leading indicator creation, quota uploads, attainment tracking, incentive formulation, and payout governance.
• Generate QBRs, executive summaries, and interdepartmental communications that consolidate SE and SC performance into compelling narratives for leadership.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and devise scalable solutions by leveraging a combination of process enhancements, automation, and AI-driven tools to transform vital business processes and elevate team productivity.
• Integrate the Solutions experience and overall trends to foster cross-functional alignment with teams such as Sales, Services, Customer Success, Product & Engineering, and Finance.
• Over 5 years of experience in an Operations and/or Strategy role focused on Sales, Pre-Sales, Solutions Engineering/Consulting, or similar GTM functions.
• In-depth understanding of pre-sales methodologies, deal qualification, pipeline management, solution scoping, and associated performance metrics.
• Proven history of spearheading technology-enabled business process transformations, emphasizing the strategic application of AI and automation tools and techniques (e.g., Claude, Gemini, n8n, Retool, Zapier, Make).
• AI-native professional who routinely utilizes generative and agentic AI in daily operations, offering firsthand expertise to assist internal teams in maximizing automation potential.
• Proficient in data management and analysis, including developing reports and models for executives, senior leaders, frontline managers, and individual contributors.
• Experience in budget management, maintaining a forecasting rhythm, and conducting variance analyses.
• Skilled at engaging and persuading executive stakeholders, building consensus, and facilitating collaborative change.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in building and scaling teams and workflows, ideally within pre-sales, solutions, or revenue operations functions.
• Direct experience with a SaaS business model, customer journey, and core KPIs in a fast-paced, global setting.
• Proficient with Salesforce, ClickUp, Gong, or similar platforms.
• Strategic thinker with a proactive approach: hands-on, resourceful, and capable of driving projects to completion.
