Staff Operations Analysis Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• The selected candidates will join the Archer Defense and Advanced Programs team, contributing to the incubation, marketing, capture, and execution of advanced programs relevant to our Archer Defense portfolio, focusing on technical, cost, and schedule aspects.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6-10 years of experience in the aerospace sector or a related field is required. Candidates should hold at least a BS degree in engineering, computer science, physics, or mathematics, with an MS or PhD preferred. Experience in the design, analysis, fabrication, and testing of survivability technologies (including RCS, IR, and Acoustics), as well as ASE and mission systems, is essential. Proficiency in Operations Analysis, including various modeling and simulation environments such as AFSIM, and familiarity with domestic and international threat systems is mandatory. Candidates should also have a background in leading and collaborating across all engineering, manufacturing, and business disciplines.

• Candidates must be U.S. citizens and either possess or be able to acquire a DoD security clearance.

• A solid understanding of RF, EW/EA, EOIR, acoustic systems, mission systems, sensors, communications, as well as dynamic and propulsion systems (including electric, hybrid, and gas turbine), along with proficiency in CAD, Python, and MATLAB is required.
