Staff NetSuite Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Carry out assigned configuration tasks, data preparation activities, and documentation deliverables as instructed by the Senior or Principal Consultant.

• Finalize configuration workbook sections, create NetSuite records, and perform initial configuration testing within the established scope.

• Assist with data migration activities, including data cleansing and validation testing.

• Proactively enhance functional knowledge across key NetSuite modules through practical delivery and self-directed learning.

• Accurately document and track defects during testing phases while consistently adhering to BPC delivery methodology.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in ERP implementation, business systems consulting, accounting/finance, or a similar field.

• Fundamental understanding of essential business processes: order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, record-to-report.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities; comfortable working with structured data and process documentation.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; capable of producing professional client-facing documentation with minimal guidance.

• NetSuite Suite Foundation certification is mandatory within the first 12 months of employment.

• Preferred: Previous exposure to NetSuite or a comparable ERP platform in an implementation or analyst role.

• Experience in accounting, finance, or operations roles that involved system configuration or process enhancement.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deliverables in a fast-paced project setting.
