Staff IT Asset Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Oversee the design and advancement of asset and configuration management architecture within ServiceNow.

• Establish and maintain enterprise asset tagging and metadata standards.

• Design and manage integrations between ServiceNow and various external systems.

• Ensure comprehensive lifecycle visibility for all asset categories.

• Serve as the main liaison among Infrastructure, InfoSec, Finance, and Cloud Operations.

• Propel the organization towards self-sufficient asset management.

• Lead service mapping projects for essential applications.

• Create KPIs and observability frameworks to reflect the health of the asset program.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years in IT Infrastructure or IT Asset Management.

• At least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.

• Proven experience working across various asset domains.

• BSc/MSc in a related discipline or equivalent professional experience.

• Demonstrated capability to create and enforce enterprise-wide asset governance frameworks.

• Strong practical experience with the ServiceNow platform.

• Comprehensive understanding of multi-cloud environments.

• Experience in designing integrations between asset management systems and external data sources.

• Proven track record of promoting adherence to standards and governance frameworks.
