Staff Frontend Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the architecture and technical strategy for the user-facing component of our intralogistics management system.

• Influence the way operators engage with robots and logistical workflows in actual factories and warehouses.

• Evaluate feasibility, estimate scope and resources, devise high-level solutions, and justify your proposals.

• Establish the technical trajectory for our frontend ecosystem, including Angular architecture, shared libraries, performance strategies, and tooling.

• Promote the adoption of technologies and frameworks, making informed decisions on build versus buy based on business context.

• Design with non-functional requirements in mind, focusing on performance, scalability, reliability, and observability.

• Elevate the technical standards across teams through architecture and code reviews, reusable patterns, and mentorship of senior engineers.

• Serve as the engineering representative in cross-functional leadership discussions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in frontend development.

• Profound knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Significant production experience with Angular (experience in React or Vue is also welcomed).

• Familiarity with WebGL/GPU technologies or libraries such as PixiJS, ThreeJS, or Babylon.js is a considerable advantage.

• Proficiency in English (C2 level).

• Strong architectural mindset.
