Staff Frontend Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Develop features using Angular 2+ while working closely with designers, engineers, and product teams.

• Design efficient and reusable front-end code that enhances the ClickUp user experience.

• Oversee project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables on an individual basis.

• Detect and address performance and scalability challenges.

• Create and uphold unit and integration tests.

• Quickly resolve bugs and devise robust solutions to complex issues.

• Adhere to established practices for managing state within ClickUp.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience with JavaScript and familiarity with one or more modern frameworks (Angular 2+ is mandatory).

• Proficient in Redux-style state management, including NgRx, Typescript, and RxJs.

• Solid HTML/CSS skills, encompassing layout principles, specificity, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility.

• A proactive self-starter with a focus on operations and problem-solving abilities.

• Outstanding interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

• Experience mentoring colleagues to enhance their technical skills.
