This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and prioritize the resolution of incidents, defect repairs, and enhancement requests from business users.
• Evaluate business and system processes to pinpoint opportunities for improvement and propose scalable solutions.
• Coordinate daily ITGC control requirement tasks, acting as the main operational contact and facilitating execution in collaboration with designated control owners and governance stakeholders.
• Track Workday releases and evaluate their impacts on existing configurations and processes.
• Collect and convert business requirements into system solutions and enhancements.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Finance, HRIT, and IT teams to create a cross-functional roadmap for system improvements.
• Provide consistent updates to stakeholders regarding project status and system modifications.
• Supervise Workday security configurations and access controls to maintain data integrity and compliance.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing and supporting Workday Financials.
• Advanced, hands-on expertise across various Workday Financial modules, particularly in Procurement, Supplier Accounts, Expenses, and Strategic Sourcing.
• Proficient in designing Workday business processes and configuring reports.
• Experience in developing and maintaining EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builders), including customization of templates.
• In-depth knowledge of Workday security configuration and its functionalities.
• Strong understanding of SOX compliance, ITGC requirements, and internal control frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills with the capability to engage effectively at all organizational levels.
• Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in documenting Finance system procedures for training and reference purposes.
