This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Thoroughly understanding functional requirements and analyzing client needs within the context of the project.
• Envisioning a comprehensive solution for both functional and non-functional requirements, while defining the necessary technologies, patterns, and frameworks to achieve it.
• Determining and implementing appropriate design methodologies and toolsets.
• Facilitating application development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities.
• Leading or supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production rollouts effectively.
• Creating, comprehending, and validating Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) along with estimated efforts for specific modules/tasks, and justifying these estimates.
• Promptly addressing issues and responding positively to setbacks and challenges, maintaining a mindset focused on continuous improvement.
• Providing constructive feedback to team members and establishing clear expectations.
• Assisting the team in troubleshooting and resolving complex bugs.
• Proposing solutions to any issues raised during code/design reviews and being able to justify the decisions made.
• Conducting Proofs of Concept (POCs) to ensure that the suggested designs and technologies fulfill the requirements.
• Minimum of 5.5 years of experience.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow Development, particularly in APM, CSM Module, and HRSD.
• Practical experience with ServiceNow integrations with third-party systems.
• Experience with other modules, such as ITOM, GRC, or HRSD, along with ITIL knowledge.
• The candidate should possess a ServiceNow SPM module certification.
• Proven experience in implementing ServiceNow integrations with external platforms.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL principles.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Development and implementation of technical solutions, along with conducting component Integration Tests.
• Configuring ServiceNow through scripting (UI Policies/Actions, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Jelly scripting, Angular JS).
• Experience in effectively communicating with users, other technical teams, and management to gather requirements, explain software product features, and outline technical designs.
• Mentoring team members to fulfill client needs and holding them accountable for maintaining high standards of delivery detail.
