• Oversee the implementation, rollout, and support of finance modules within Microsoft Dynamics AX / Dynamics 365 Finance.
• Serve as a functional expert for all finance-related procedures and offer business consulting services.
• Configure and manage financial elements such as the Chart of Accounts, Financial Dimensions, Account Structures, and Budgeting.
• Manage core finance modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Management, Bank & Cash Management, Project Costing, and Manufacturing Costing.
• Facilitate financial consolidation across various legal entities and oversee intercompany accounting processes.
• Conduct discovery workshops to collect, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Create Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), Gap Analysis, and Functional Specifications.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design, test, and implement high-quality solutions.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure successful validation of end-to-end scenarios.
• Provide training and support to business users while developing user manuals and training materials.
• Ensure adherence to accounting standards (GAAP) and assist with tax configuration for various jurisdictions.
• Manage global rollouts and guarantee alignment with best practices across different regions.
• Support post-go-live activities and foster continuous system improvements.
• Minimum of 6 years of total experience.
• Extensive experience as a Finance Functional Consultant in Microsoft Dynamics AX / Dynamics 365 Finance.
• Strong functional expertise in finance modules such as GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, and Cash & Bank Management.
• Thorough understanding of financial processes, reporting, and accounting principles.
• Experience in Cost Accounting and Cost Management, particularly within the Manufacturing or Retail sectors.
• Demonstrated experience in at least 2–3 full ERP implementation lifecycles.
• Practical experience in managing global rollouts across multiple countries or legal entities.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, including Balance Sheet, P&L, and Consolidation.
• Familiarity with GAAP and the ability to comprehend country-specific tax regulations.
• Expertise in documentation such as Functional Specs, Gap Documents, Test Cases, and Training Materials.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation abilities.
• Capability to conduct workshops and training sessions in an international business context.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management capabilities.
