Finance Data Manager – Automation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Manages the preparation, analysis, and interpretation of financial data to guide financial planning and decision-making processes.

• Leads initiatives to collect and analyze intricate financial information, generate insights, and present recommendations and reports to senior management.

• Establishes, maintains, and consistently enhances financial systems, processes, and procedures to guarantee accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.

• Offers support, development, and leadership guidance to volunteers, enhancing financial capability and advocating for best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required.

• CPA or an Advanced Degree is preferred.

• At least 5 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and related experience is required.

• A minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or management role.

• Capable of developing project plans.

• Proven skills in collaboration, facilitation, planning, problem-solving, and leadership.

• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities.

• Proficient in using personal computers, word-processing, spreadsheet applications, and database applications as necessary.

• Ability to work effectively within a team.

• Willingness to travel and engage in meetings and conferences across the Red Cross network.
