• Oversee all facets of financial management for CLUA and FPC
• Develop and enhance the finance and accounting framework
• Provide guidance on budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and audit coordination
• Lead a small team and act as a strategic advisor to senior management
• Create and execute financial systems and processes
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related discipline, along with 7+ years of relevant education and experience in the nonprofit sector
• An MBA or CPA is advantageous
• Prior experience working as part of an international team is preferred
• Experience with reorganizations and the registration of new entities
• Proven track record in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) and forecasting
• Exceptional mathematical, analytical, auditing, and accounting capabilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with financial accounting and general ledger software; experience with Sage Intacct is a plus
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
