Staff Engagement Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Act as the main contact for essential stakeholders throughout the organization, fostering and nurturing robust relationships with individual leaders and their teams.

• Take charge of analyzing business challenges to assess if they are value-driven, justifying further exploration of potential solutions.

• Oversee relationships with internal ET teams, including Product Management, Business Analysis, and Agile Services, to facilitate problem statements through solution analysis and the management of a business roadmap.

• Manage the interaction between ET and Twilio stakeholders, serving as a bridge for inquiries regarding business issues and ROI analysis, while also overseeing stakeholder expectations regarding SLAs and subsequent actions.

• Proactively share the business challenges and trends you gather from your stakeholders with the broader Enterprise Engagement team to ensure any significant impacts are rapidly recognized.

• Track and report on key metrics resulting from the solutions provided to your stakeholders, ensuring ongoing alignment with OKRs, security enhancements, and overall business transformation.

• Strong understanding of Business Analysis and Product Ownership, showcasing the ability to generate relevant documents, including business impact assessments and portfolio-level roadmaps.

• Technically proficient and able to engage in credible discussions with skilled engineers.

• You exhibit flexibility and can adapt to changes, considering the holistic impact of such changes.

• You are a collaborative team member with a high degree of integrity and a commitment to supporting your team.

• You are resourceful — you may not have all the answers, but you know how to seek them out.

• You possess strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Advanced or Bilingual level).
