This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and enhance sensor components to achieve a compact system footprint with high performance, low resource utilization, and optimal reliability across various customer environments.
• Advance our Agentic AI capabilities by contributing to the design of adaptive policy logic, enhancing decision engines, and broadening coverage across platforms, all rooted in actual customer use cases and roadmap priorities.
• Create endpoint and browser security components, integrating them into the platform for real-time GenAI threat detection and data protection (including prompt injection, sensitive-data leakage, shadow AI, and more).
• Take ownership of customer-facing technical challenges from start to finish—analyze production issues, replicate and resolve them swiftly under real-world conditions, and ensure customers are no longer hindered.
• Convert business and roadmap contexts into engineering decisions—grasp customer needs, the product's trajectory, and the reasons behind them, so your technical choices advance the business objectives.
• Collaborate with security engineering, QA, product, and customer-facing teams to achieve both customer and business targets—not solely focusing on delivering code.
• Keep up-to-date with GenAI and platform security, integrating relevant developments into our sensors, agents, and extensions.
• A minimum of 6 years' experience in Python, Node.js, or a similar programming language.
• Familiarity with macOS and Windows Endpoint Security.
• Strong understanding of operating system architecture and internals.
• Customer-oriented mindset—you take ownership of customer issues and can diagnose and resolve problems on-the-spot in real-world scenarios.
• Awareness of business and product dynamics—a genuine interest in the roadmap, market trends, and the customers we serve, with the ability to assess technical decisions based on business impact.

• Outstanding problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
• Experience in browser extension development (Chrome, Firefox, etc.) is a plus.
