Staff DevOps Engineer – Developer Infrastructure

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop and manage the self-service infrastructure platform.

• Take ownership of the platform's core components.

• Empower agents to become top-tier developers.

• Manage the validation platform and quality gate frameworks.

• Create internal tools, enhance observability, and establish metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience at a staff level in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).

• Proficient in utilizing AI development tools.

• Extensive knowledge of Kubernetes (EKS) and AWS.

• Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and GitOps methodologies.

• Familiarity with identity management, access control, and policy-as-code principles.

• Demonstrated success in constructing self-service developer platforms.

• In-depth understanding of CI/CD processes, particularly with GitHub Actions.

• Awareness of cost management in cloud environments.

• Exceptional communication skills across teams.
