Staff DevOps Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Design, implement, and oversee Azure-based environments to facilitate product delivery and enhance internal operations.

• Develop and sustain infrastructure-as-code (IaC) utilizing Terraform and Helm.

• Create automation and self-service tools to boost operational efficiency.

• Take ownership of and improve CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitLab CI/CD, or Jenkins.

• Implement and uphold monitoring and observability through Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Datadog.

• Engage in incident management and conduct root cause analysis.

• Collaborate with the Security and Compliance teams.

• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the enhancement of team processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability, or Cloud Infrastructure roles.

• Extensive experience in designing, deploying, and managing systems on Microsoft Azure.

• Proficient in Terraform and Helm for automating Azure infrastructure and managing configurations.

• Strong understanding of Linux administration, networking, and foundational Azure security principles.

• Experience in managing CI/CD pipelines within production environments.

• Solid scripting skills (e.g., Python, Bash, or PowerShell).

• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

• Availability for on-call shifts is required.
