Staff Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Acquire knowledge about the renewable energy development and execution process by collaborating with Euclid’s team and clients involved in over 1GW of renewable energy initiatives.

• Engage with clients and the Euclid services team to comprehend user requirements and workflows.

• Create enhancements to the Euclid platform, ranging from initial sketches to high-fidelity mock-ups.

• Contribute to the design system and progress AI-assisted design workflows.

• Convert and redesign existing third-party hosted tools into the Euclid platform.

• Spearhead the design of new features that extend beyond Euclid’s core platform in response to customer demand.

• Collaborate with product and founding teams to prioritize, design, and iterate on products for renewable energy developers and investors.

• Uphold Euclid’s brand standards within the product.

• Mentor colleagues and share expertise and knowledge.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design for web-based enterprise software.

• Proven ability to lead the design, aesthetics, and flow of product enhancements based on client feedback and needs.

• A strong passion for developing software that facilitates the deployment of renewable energy.

• Capability to connect design choices to tangible business results.

• Systems-level thinking to streamline complex information architecture, taxonomy, and object-level challenges.

• A detail-oriented and polished approach to enterprise user experiences.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with product and founding teams, founders, PMs, engineers, and designers.

• Ability to accept guidance, generate feasible design directions, and validate them with initial customers.

• Proficient in modern design and AI-assisted tools, including Figma, Claude, and Paper.

• Rooted in real customer research to test, inform, and validate design concepts.

• Must possess legal authorization to work in the US.

• Required to disclose whether employment sponsorship is necessary in the US.
