📋 Description

• Design and develop internal tools, agentic utilities, and workflow infrastructure.

• Minimize friction, eliminate repetitive tasks, and enable designers to concentrate on user experience.

• Create and build high-fidelity, functional prototypes within LLM-powered applications.

• Establish a shared prototyping toolkit and comprehensive end-to-end processes.

• Assess the potential for scaling this work to support composable systems and components.

• Elevate the standard of craftsmanship by delivering finesse-level quality in the insight experiences we provide.

• Bridge the gap between design intent and technical execution by collaborating with production engineers.

• Over 10 years of experience at the intersection of design and engineering.

• Practical experience in building and deploying LLM-powered applications, automations, or agentic systems.

• A portfolio that showcases quality and meticulous attention to detail.

• Familiarity with design organizations and an understanding of what it takes to gain designers' trust.
