Staff Data Scientist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +16 more locations.

📋 Description

• Become a part of the central Data Science & Analytics team, integrating within a key business domain: growth, product, AI and automation, or strategic partnerships.

• Take ownership of the analytical functions for the designated business unit from start to finish.

• Identify the business challenges, inquiries, and decisions that analyses should address.

• Establish metrics and create reports.

• Conduct analyses and design experiments.

• Highlight data insights that enhance essential team metrics.

• Present recommendations to counterparts in product, growth, finance, or operations.

• Clarify the current situation, the reasons behind it, and suggest next steps.

• Propel decisions and ensure initiatives are executed to completion.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology organization.

• Exceptional analytical capabilities.

• Proficient in independently gathering, structuring, and interpreting data.

• Proven history of tackling ambiguous challenges and delivering impactful results.

• Strong and persuasive communication skills, capable of influencing decisions at the leadership level.

• Familiarity with SQL or Python.

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. or Canada.

• Must currently reside in an eligible location: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada.
