Data Scientist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +16 more locations.

📋 Description

• Participate in the central Data Science & Analytics team while integrating within a key business area: growth, product, AI and automation, or strategic partnerships.

• Take ownership of the analytical function for the designated business unit from start to finish.

• Identify the business challenges, inquiries, and decisions that analyses should tackle.

• Establish metrics, create reports, conduct analyses, design experiments, and uncover insights that enhance key performance indicators.

• Deliver recommendations to product, growth, finance, or operations teams.

• Clarify what is occurring, the reasons behind it, and the suggested next steps.

• Drive decisions and implementation towards measurable business results.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of experience in a consulting firm, investment bank, or rapidly growing technology company.

• Strong analytical capabilities.

• Ability to extract, organize, and interpret data independently.

• Proven history of managing ambiguous challenges and producing significant outcomes.

• Excellent and persuasive communication skills.

• Capacity to influence decisions at the leadership level.

• Proficient with SQL or Python.

• Familiarity with SQL (ClickHouse), Metabase, Python, Jupyter Hub, and GitHub.

• Must currently reside in one of the eligible hiring locations: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada.

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. or Canada.
