This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Define CATF's strategy regarding data, artificial intelligence, analytics, and emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with leaders and teams to pinpoint challenges and convert organizational needs into actionable, scalable solutions.
• Develop and enhance a prioritized portfolio of initiatives based on organizational value, feasibility, readiness, and measurable outcomes.
• Enhance the utilization of metrics, reporting, and insights for effective planning, prioritization, and ongoing improvement.
• Formulate recommendations and governance strategies for the ethical, secure, and efficient application of AI and organizational data.
• Promote adoption through communication, training, facilitation, and engagement strategies.
• Foster staff capability, encourage knowledge sharing, and promote experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement.
• Work collaboratively across programs, advocacy, communications, development, finance, operations, People, and Information Technology.
• A bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education and professional experience.
• Over 4 years of experience in strategy, analytics, organizational effectiveness, digital transformation, AI, data strategy, management consulting, or a related area.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives that involve technology, process enhancement, organizational change, or data-driven decision-making.
• Experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and changing business needs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Outstanding communication, facilitation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Proven experience in influencing decisions and driving adoption among diverse stakeholder groups.
• Capability to clarify complex technical concepts in an accessible language.
• Experience in a nonprofit, mission-driven, research, advocacy, or philanthropic organization.
• Background in evaluating or implementing AI, analytics, or technology-driven transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with business intelligence, reporting, or data visualization tools.
• Knowledge of data governance, responsible AI, privacy, or knowledge management practices.
• Understanding of climate, energy, environmental, or public policy issues.
• Experience in globally distributed organizations.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment.
