Senior Solutions Consultant – Health

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist the Health sales team by spearheading the creation, development, and continuous management of sales demonstration environments and presentation materials.

• Equip the sales team with client success narratives, KPI analyses, and reports that demonstrate client ROI.

• Engage in sales calls, offering demonstrations of our solutions and providing technical support for product explanations.

• Direct proof of concept (POC) initiatives with the aim of converting POCs into production clients.

• Address inquiries ranging from the technical understanding of ML models to a general comprehension of implementation tasks and milestones.

• Facilitate discovery meetings with potential clients to outline underwriting processes and pinpoint opportunities for operational and financial enhancements.

• Review reports and presentations of findings to articulate the value of Gradient AI’s solutions.

• Offer guidance on the technical aspects of implementations to ensure that Statements of Work align with client intentions and our delivery expectations.

• Assist in internal initiatives that promote product development within the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in a health underwriting or actuarial capacity, encompassing responsibilities such as stop loss, underwriting, and/or pricing experience.

• ASA or FSA designation is mandatory.

• Experience in commercial/employer group health is required.

• Proficiency in Excel is essential, along with strong experience in PowerPoint or similar presentation tools.

• Previous experience collaborating with a sales team and engaging in client-facing roles is preferred.
