Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement solution architectures that integrate Domino into client IT ecosystems encompassing infrastructure, data, identity, and security.

• Create, evaluate, and document new field integrations with ecosystem technologies while empowering the wider Solutions team with this knowledge.

• Collaborate with account and sales-engineering teams to define scope, create custom demonstrations, and develop proofs of concept that align with actual customer use cases.

• Produce reproducible, thoroughly tested artifacts — such as reference architectures, integration templates, and runbooks — to enhance delivery consistency.

• Collect field requirements and feature requests, converting them into actionable insights for the Product and Engineering teams.

• Continuously expand expertise in cloud, Kubernetes, data, and AI/ML tools, directly applying new skills in customer solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional technical experience, which includes at least 1 year in a client-facing consulting or solutions role.

• Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing solutions within intricate, often regulated, enterprise IT environments.

• Practical experience with DevOps in Kubernetes, including managed services (EKS, AKS, GKE).

• Familiarity with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP).

• Strong foundational knowledge of Linux; experience with distributed computing frameworks (Spark, Hadoop, Dask) is advantageous.

• Proficient with APIs, integrations, identity providers (SAML/OIDC, Keycloak), and CI/CD pipelines.

• Programming skills in Python and/or R (knowledge of Bash/Terraform is a bonus).

• Capability to translate security and compliance demands into secure, compliant architectures.

• Practical experience in AI/ML or data platforms (Domino or similar tools) is highly beneficial.

• Exceptional communication skills: able to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
