Staff Consultant, NetSuite

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.

📋 Description

• Perform designated configuration tasks, data preparation efforts, and documentation outputs as directed by the Senior or Principal Consultant overseeing the engagement.

• Finalize sections of the configuration workbook, establish NetSuite records and settings, and carry out initial configuration testing within the specified scope.

• Assist with data migration processes, including data cleansing, template completion, and validation testing under the guidance of the Senior Consultant.

• Actively enhance functional knowledge across essential NetSuite modules through practical delivery, BPC training resources, and self-directed learning.

• Aim for NetSuite certification milestones as outlined by the Practice Manager (Suite Foundation within the first year; ERP Consultant within 18 months).

• Proactively ask questions; present proposed solutions alongside issues instead of merely identifying problems.

• Adhere to BPC delivery methodology and templates consistently; alert the engagement lead to any deviations or gaps.

• Engage constructively in team meetings, standups, and delivery retrospectives.

• Provide support to Associate Consultants on shared responsibilities when applicable, exemplifying the collaborative behavior expected within the practice.

• Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing by documenting insights gained from engagements in team resources.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in ERP implementation, business systems consulting, accounting/finance, or a related domain.

• Fundamental understanding of key business processes: order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, record-to-report.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities; comfortable working with structured data and process documentation.

• Clear written and verbal communication skills; capable of producing professional client-facing documentation with minimal guidance.

• NetSuite Suite Foundation certification is required within the first 12 months of employment.

• Prior experience with NetSuite or a comparable ERP platform (SAP, Oracle, Sage, QuickBooks Enterprise) in an implementation or analyst role is preferred.

• Experience in accounting, finance, or operations roles that involved system configuration or process enhancement is preferred.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
