Staff Business Systems Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Act as a leader in processes and systems, taking full responsibility for the operationalization of GTM strategy across tools, workflows, and data models.

• Suggest and spearhead initiatives to establish new processes and optimize current technologies and methodologies that improve the GTM experience and promote simplification.

• Oversee business and functional requirements while defining and prioritizing project scopes.

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to comprehend business needs, converting them into functional and technical designs, while managing intakes and troubleshooting promptly.

• Direct the comprehensive implementation, evolution, and enhancement of GTM processes and workflows within Salesforce.

⛳️ Requirements

• Fundamental knowledge of AI/ML technologies and experience in leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions to enhance outcomes within your functional area.

• 8-10 years of professional IT experience in software development, particularly with system software.

• Over 6 years of experience with Salesforce.com, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud platforms.

• Demonstrated experience in driving system implementation, agile project management, and data flow management.

• Familiarity with implementing top-of-the-funnel processes, such as lead, account, and partner relationship management.
