📋 Description

• Act as a strategic partner to the organization by aligning with business groups on their strategic vision and priorities; serve as a bridge between business and technology.

• Comprehend the technological capabilities necessary to meet business needs, focusing on utilizing AI to boost productivity and creativity.

• Create and uphold a technology roadmap by proactively engaging and collaborating with cross-functional business and technical stakeholders.

• Lead sessions to gather business requirements and analyze critical business processes and needs, integrating AI solutions where approved and applicable; seek approvals as new AI use cases arise.

• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of business processes, use cases, requirements, system integrations, reporting, and data flow, including AI-enhanced processes.

• Enhance productivity and creativity by refining existing processes or establishing new business processes that include AI-driven technology solutions when suitable.

• Work closely with the technical lead and engineers to convert business requirements into technical designs and solutions that incorporate AI capabilities as needed.

• Collaborate with business users to document, manage, and prioritize bug fixes and enhancements, including those related to AI functionalities.

• Assist business users with system configuration and administration, including identifying system issues and troubleshooting potential solutions.

• Aid in product development and the release lifecycle by partnering with the technical lead and engineers to test and launch new system functionalities, ensuring timely delivery of new products and features, including AI-driven enhancements, and supporting new releases while approving all User Acceptance Testing.

• Engage in sprint planning and be on-call for your area, as well as participate in other team rituals, focusing on continuous process reflection and improvement over time.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 9 years of experience with SaaS technologies utilized by internal employees.

• Proven experience in building effective business partnerships both internally and externally.

• Manage customer relationships to elicit business requirements and processes that fulfill needs.

• Highly responsive with exceptional interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines and projects, and keep peers, partners, and supervisors informed of activities.

• Proficient in leading user interviews, requirements gathering, and creating, maintaining, and supporting all application development artifacts, including user stories, process flows, screen mockups, data diagrams, business rule definitions, design documents, and reporting scripts.

• Strong analytical and system design skills, problem-solving capabilities, and a history of completing tasks successfully.

• Experience in a technical environment with the ability to clearly convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities, analytical mindset, attention to detail, and investigative skills.

• Experience utilizing self-service support tools in a rapidly growing company to promote shift-left initiatives and transition information and assistance from support staff to self-service knowledge repositories.

• Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in collaboration tools to enhance productivity and creativity.

• Proficient with Jira Cloud is essential, while familiarity with collaboration tools such as Slack, Miro, Asana, Figma, and Airtable is a significant advantage.
