This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Drives the strategy, governance, and standards for data management.
• Aligns business requirements with technical execution.

• A Bachelor's degree is required.
• At least 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role or a related field.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Experience in mentoring junior team members in a Business Analyst capacity.
• Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing technology-enabled solutions.
• Proven track record in developing and maintaining processes that define best practices for gathering requirements, designing and prototyping, conducting User Acceptance Testing, and executing multiple medium to large scale projects.
• Experience in Business Process Reengineering within the Finance Industry.
• Experience leading at least two end-to-end project implementations as a Business Analyst.
• Fundamental knowledge of web technologies.
• You will be expected to maintain a thorough and comprehensive understanding of the system.

• Must work onsite at the designated Credit Acceptance location.
