Staff Backend Engineer – Grafana App Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Developing new features and improving operational efficiency

• Writing, contributing to, and reviewing design documentation

• Defining the project roadmap

• Guiding and assisting team members

• Managing the customer experience during on-call duties.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient coding abilities and operational experience

• Familiarity with a SaaS platform and addressing common challenges in distributed systems (e.g. scalability, multi-tenancy, data isolation, high availability)

• Strong communication abilities

• Capability to collaborate across different teams

• Practical mindset; focusing on progress rather than perfection

• Knowledge of or a willingness to learn Golang.
