Staff Appraiser – SVI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Prepare comprehensive and high-quality residential appraisal reports.

• Oversee all facets of scheduling, exception management, system updates, submission, and Quality Control of assigned tasks.

• Conduct appraisals for residential appraisal products and/or desktop appraisals for both lending and non-lending purposes.

• Comply with all relevant State and Federal regulations, including the Financial Institutions Reform, Recovery, and Enforcement Act (FIRREA Title XI), Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP), and other pertinent guidelines.

• Actively provide status updates for all assignments.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma is mandatory; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

• Must possess a minimum state-certified residential appraisal license or higher, with at least three years of experience in residential appraisal.

• 0-4 years of relevant work experience is required.
