This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, and enhance scalable dbt data models that accurately reflect company KPIs and business metrics.

• Design and manage user-friendly Looker dashboards that empower stakeholders to make informed, data-driven decisions.

• Collaborate with Finance, Product, Go-to-Market, and other cross-functional teams to grasp business requirements and translate them into scalable analytics solutions.

• Work alongside Data Engineering to guarantee that reliable, high-quality data is accessible for reporting and analysis.

• Team up with analytics engineers and analysts to establish best practices for dbt and Looker, conduct quality assurance on data models and dashboards, and address analytics needs across the organization.

• Examine complex datasets to reveal actionable insights that enhance business performance, forecasting, and operational decision-making.

• Assist in scoping, prioritizing, and executing analytics initiatives that yield measurable value throughout the company.


⛳️ Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in analytics, analytics engineering, or a similar data-centric role utilizing SQL to create data models and derive business insights.

• 2+ years of experience with dbt and Looker in a production setting.

• Strong background in designing, constructing, and optimizing scalable dbt models and Looker dashboards based on business and performance needs.

• Advanced SQL and analytical problem-solving expertise, with the capability to independently tackle complex data challenges.

• Experience using AI tools to expedite analysis, troubleshoot data issues, and support intricate data modeling workflows.

• Proven experience managing the entire analytics lifecycle, encompassing data modeling, validation, quality assurance, and the delivery of reliable reporting.

• Exceptional communication skills, allowing for the explanation of technical concepts and analytical insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams, influence stakeholders, and independently lead projects from conception to implementation.
