
Staff Analytics Analyst, Full Stack β Revenue

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Drive significant data product projects for Revenue, guiding them from unclear problem definitions through technical design, implementation, deployment, and user adoption.
β’ Propel AI initiatives within the Revenue data landscape by pinpointing high-value use cases, incorporating AI into analytics engineering processes, and establishing a foundation of semantics, metadata, context, quality, and evaluation.
β’ Create and develop robust, thoroughly tested data products that support revenue operations, field and executive reporting, external merchant reporting, and analyst self-service.
β’ Define the technical direction for Revenueβs data layer encompassing dbt models, metrics, semantic structures, documentation, lineage, testing, governance, and access controls.
β’ Spot opportunities to streamline, automate, and enhance Revenue Analytics through improved data architecture, tools, governance, and enablement.
β’ Offer technical leadership and mentorship to analysts and cross-functional collaborators.
β’ Over 7 years of experience in analytics engineering, business intelligence, data engineering, data product development, or a similar technical analytics position.
β’ Profound expertise in SQL, dbt, data modeling, metrics design, data quality, documentation, and contemporary analytics engineering practices.
β’ Strong familiarity with BI tools like Sigma, Looker, or Tableau.
β’ Experience working with cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake and modern data platforms like Databricks.
β’ Solid understanding of AI fundamentals, including semantic layers, metadata, evaluations, documentation, lineage, access controls, and data quality.
β’ Experience utilizing AI tools within analytics engineering workflows.
β’ Capability to independently manage complex, ambiguous projects and deliver sustainable technical solutions.
β’ Experience designing scalable data products for diverse audiences and influencing both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
β’ Familiarity with Salesforce.
β’ Experience assisting commercial, GTM, revenue, or sales operations teams.
