
Staff Analytics Analyst, Full Stack β Revenue

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
β’ Oversee significant data product initiatives for Revenue, guiding the process from vague problem identification to technical design, execution, rollout, and user adoption.
β’ Propel AI efforts within the Revenue data framework by pinpointing valuable use cases, incorporating AI into analytics engineering workflows, and laying the groundwork for semantic, metadata, context, quality, and evaluation essential for AI.
β’ Create and develop robust, thoroughly tested data products that support revenue operations, field and executive reporting, external merchant reporting, and analyst self-service.
β’ Establish the technical direction for Revenueβs data layer, focusing on dbt models, metrics, semantic structures, documentation, lineage, testing, governance, and access controls.
β’ Discover opportunities to enhance, automate, and expand Revenue Analytics through improved data architecture, tools, governance, and enablement.
β’ Offer technical guidance and mentorship to analysts and cross-functional collaborators.
β’ Over 7 years of experience in analytics engineering, business intelligence, data engineering, data product development, or a related analytical role.
β’ Profound expertise in SQL, dbt, data modeling, metrics design, data quality, documentation, and contemporary analytics engineering practices.
β’ Solid working knowledge of BI tools such as Sigma, Looker, or Tableau.
β’ Familiarity with cloud data warehouses like Snowflake.
β’ Experience with modern data platforms such as Databricks.
β’ Strong comprehension of AI fundamentals, including semantic layers, metadata, evaluations, documentation, lineage, access controls, and data quality.
β’ Proven experience utilizing AI tools within analytics engineering workflows.
β’ Capability to independently manage intricate, ambiguous projects while balancing tradeoffs and stakeholder interests.
β’ Experience in designing scalable data products for diverse audiences.
β’ Ability to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders regarding architecture and product strategy.
β’ Familiarity with Salesforce.
β’ Experience supporting commercial, GTM, revenue, or sales operations teams.
