This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
β’ Construct the knowledge framework that underpins Superads' AI agents β the systems that enable them to genuinely comprehend a brand instead of merely accessing its documents.
β’ Design the representation, storage, and continuous updating of brand knowledge: the frameworks that allow an agent to reason about a brand similarly to a senior strategist, beyond just retrieving documented information.
β’ Create agentic search functionalities β systems that empower agents to reason about unknowns, identify knowledge deficiencies, and navigate information dynamically rather than depending on static retrieval methods.
β’ Assess and refine architectures for knowledge retrieval and reasoning, pinpointing where existing methods falter and driving towards more innovative solutions.
β’ Transform cutting-edge AI research and trends into production-ready systems that significantly enhance output quality and dependability.
β’ Collaborate closely with the product and AI engineering teams to ensure the knowledge layer tangibly enhances user experiences β maintaining a connection to product impact even when delving deeply into infrastructure.
β’ Over 8 years of experience in high-performance engineering settings β preferably at organizations pushing the boundaries of enterprise AI, legal AI, or knowledge-intensive agent systems.
β’ Demonstrated success in developing agentic workflows and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems in production, emphasizing the creation of trustworthy and reliable AI outputs β not just functional ones.
β’ Profound understanding of how language models represent and utilize knowledge, extending well beyond prompt engineering or conventional retrieval patterns. You have critically considered memory architectures, reasoning under uncertainty, and dynamic retrieval.
β’ Proficiency with LangChain or LangGraph (or equivalent) for constructing multi-agent systems; strong Python skills, ideally with FastAPI.
β’ Practical experience with a major cloud data platform β such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Databricks β and comfort in designing architectures that reliably manage large data volumes.
β’ Strong perspectives on where current AI methodologies fall short, developed through practical experience rather than theoretical knowledge.
β’ A genuine curiosity regarding the brand intelligence challenge β exploring what it means to encode creative judgment, how to represent concepts that were never documented, and how to ascertain when a model's understanding is genuinely accurate. A marketing background is not required, but you should find these inquiries engaging.
β’ You take responsibility for results, communicate clearly when issues arise, and pursue problem-solving beyond your area of specialization.
