This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Develop and manage comprehensive data pipelines in Snowflake, overseeing the entire process from raw data ingestion to transformation and serving layers for AI applications.
• Collaborate with machine learning engineers and data scientists to establish and sustain data infrastructure tailored for AI.
• Integrate disparate data sources throughout the organization into dependable, automated pipelines.
• Create scalable data models and data marts that cater to both analytics and machine learning feature engineering needs.
• Facilitate rapid development of new data products and features in a dynamic environment.
• Work cross-functionally with analytics, data science, and product teams to convert requirements into effective data solutions.
• Actively monitor and address data quality concerns, optimizing for both cost and performance.
• Implement AI technologies to improve and streamline business processes.
• Leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem in relation to your department.
• Incorporate AI coding tools into your daily development routine to expedite pipeline development and ensure data quality.
• Strong expertise in Python and SQL.
• Proven experience in creating end-to-end data solutions, encompassing ingestion to production deployment.
• Familiarity with Snowflake or a comparable cloud data warehouse.
• Working knowledge of AWS services (e.g., S3, Lambda, EventBridge).
• Understanding of data modeling principles and how to structure data for downstream applications.
• Basic familiarity with Git and CI/CD practices.
• Regular use of AI tools in development processes (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot).
• Comfortable with rapid delivery and iteration based on real-time user feedback.
• Hands-on experience with AI workflows (e.g., embeddings, vector databases, RAG systems).
• Experience with Looker or similar BI/semantic layer tools.
• Base salary paid in USD.
