This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

• Define and spearhead modifications in business processes, database architecture, and data warehouse technologies.

• Design and deploy scalable, resilient database solutions utilizing PostgreSQL and SQL Server.

• Oversee initiatives related to database resiliency, disaster recovery, and failover strategies.

• Develop and sustain enterprise data models and Data Lake architectures.

• Collaborate with application architects, Directors, and Senior Managers across Customer Care, Product, and Technology sectors.

• Offer subject matter expertise in data architecture, reporting, analytics, and process enhancement.

• Lead cross-functional projects and technology initiatives throughout the Technology and Product organization (TAP).

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• A minimum of 12 years of overall IT experience with at least 2 years in a Data Architect role.

• Over 7 years of experience in database resiliency, disaster recovery methods, and failover strategies.

• Practical experience with Database Architecture, Data Modeling, AWS, PostgreSQL, and SQL Server.

• Proven experience in designing and implementing enterprise database and data warehouse solutions at an architectural level.

• Familiarity with Data Lake technologies and proficiency in Power BI.

• Knowledge of at least one of the following data platform technologies is preferred: Astronomer, dbt, or AWS MWAA.

• Experience with Data Analytics and reporting solutions is advantageous.
