This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

• Design and implement workflows for agentic development.

• Establish quality engineering practices integrated within the development process.

• Assess AI agent outputs for accuracy, security, and architectural soundness.

• Develop and maintain features powered by AI, along with integrations and internal tools.

• Define guardrails and risk governance for AI-enhanced development.

• Mentor developers on effective workflows directed by agents, prompt engineering, and critical assessment of AI outputs.

• Make architectural decisions that AI agents are unable to address.

• Lead the strategy and execution of test automation throughout the development lifecycle.

• A minimum of 7 years of software engineering experience with advancing technical leadership.

• Proven experience in building agentic AI workflows and designing multi-step agent systems.

• Familiarity with LLM orchestration, prompt engineering, and frameworks for AI observability and evaluation.

• Strong foundation in quality engineering or test automation.

• Capability to assess AI-generated code for accuracy, security vulnerabilities, and architectural inconsistencies.

• Experience in leading or mentoring development teams through significant paradigm shifts.

• Proficient in at least one modern technology stack (such as TypeScript/Node.js, Python, C#/.NET, or similar).

• Solid understanding of CI/CD practices, automated testing pipelines, and release engineering.
