Staff Accountant II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Create event flash reports (P&Ls) by collaborating with the operations team to collect and assess necessary support.

• Oversee the accounting for each venue’s revenue and expense accounts.

• Support Accountants and Managers with account reconciliations and various requests as needed.

• Reconcile General Ledger accounts and investigate discrepancies to ensure precision.

• Prepare and enter journal entries at month-end.

• Align the sales system with the General Ledger through reconciliation.

• Ensure adherence to generally accepted accounting principles, company policies and procedures, as well as Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.

• Maintain, control, and reconcile accounts ranging from basic to moderately complex.

• Generate daily, weekly, or monthly reports and schedules.

• Oversee and manage the P-Card process and associated transactions.

• Assist with special projects as assigned.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.

• 1–3 years of relevant work experience.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and communication skills.

• Experience with Oracle is a plus.
