This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Oversee the accounting for revenue and expense accounts for each venue.
• Support Accountants and Managers with account reconciliations and various ad hoc requests.
• Reconcile General Ledger accounts and conduct research to ensure precision.
• Prepare and enter journal entries at the end of each month.
• Reconcile the Sales system with the General Ledger.
• Ensure adherence to generally accepted accounting principles and company policies, including Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.
• Maintain, control, and reconcile accounts that range from basic to moderately complex.
• Generate daily, weekly, and/or monthly reports and schedules.
• Review and oversee the P-Card process and its transactions.
• Assist with special projects as they arise.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Experience with Oracle is a plus.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills, with the capacity to manage tasks effectively.
