This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.
• Oversee the accounting functions for individual venue revenue and expense accounts.
• Support Accountants and Managers with account reconciliations and various ad hoc requests.
• Reconcile General Ledger accounts and investigate discrepancies to ensure precision.
• Prepare and input month-end journal entries.
• Align the sales system with the General Ledger through reconciliation.
• Ensure adherence to generally accepted accounting principles, corporate procedures and policies, as well as Sarbanes-Oxley regulations.
• Maintain, manage, and reconcile basic to moderately complex accounts.
• Generate daily, weekly, and/or monthly reports and schedules.
• Oversee and manage the P-Card process and related transactions.
• Assist with special projects as they arise.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 1–3 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and communication skills.
• Experience with Oracle is advantageous.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and analytical abilities.
• Capability to maintain, manage, and reconcile basic to moderately complex accounts.
• Proficiency in preparing daily, weekly, and/or monthly reports and schedules.
• Familiarity with generally accepted accounting principles.
• Understanding of Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.
• Competence in reviewing and managing P-Card processes and transactions.
